Sports Car

No, not your brand new pricey version, but a 1986 (almost vintage) Porsche (it’s a 951 if your wondering). It’s got some great curves but it’s showing its age. Perhaps it’s a little past its prime. A few dings here and there but it still has get-up-and-go to take us near and far. It craves the open road and adventure but surely knows the restrictions of the law. It’s a bit unpredictable at times (the back hatch has opened unexpectantly while driving). Its got a comfortable passenger seat for my husband to go along for a wild ride. (someone on this blog might remember when we got 6 people in a car very similar to this one). Its got a few miles on the odometer and had some crazy experiences but it still can't wait to see whats around the next corner. The most important thing for me to remember is who is in the drivers seat… for surely I can’t keep it in control or find my way alone.

How does this relate to my personality…? Well, those of you who know me personally probably already know.

Is this hiding in your garage?

The squeal of the tires when pushed to their limits on the curvy roads, a very special thing for sure. Nice car!

It is a beautiful car. I like the subtle side-by-side comparisons. Jim must have found your number in the Kelley Blue Book instead of the traditional "little black book". :)

Donna, very fitting! And I'd say you described you to a "T".:) I'm sure it wasn't me who was one of the 6 *smile*. I do remember a smoking Pinto too! And after a high school football game where we tried to impress the guys...oh the memories!:)

Hey! It wasn't a pinto. It was a 1974 Mustang hatchback. It just looked like a Pinto. That was my second car after the bright green '73 Vega. Ha Ha. We had such fun in those cars.
